Our services may include CRM setup and configuration (GoHighLevel and related platforms), marketing and sales automation systems, lead capture and follow-up workflows, SMS/email automation, AI tools, and ongoing system support via subscription.

Services are delivered digitally and may rely on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun, and OpenAI.

Nature of Service & System Access

By purchasing services, you are acquiring a subscription-based license to use a configured business system, not ownership of the underlying system architecture, workflows, or proprietary frameworks.

All systems are hosted within Company-controlled environments unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Terms

All setup fees and subscription payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually and will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for setup fees (if applicable), subscription fees, and approved usage-based charges.

Usage-Based Charges

Some services may incur variable usage-based costs depending on activity levels, including SMS messages, phone call minutes, email volume, AI tools, and third-party platform fees (Twilio, Mailgun, OpenAI, etc.).

These charges vary based on usage and provider pricing.

You are responsible for monitoring usage levels. We may provide reasonable guidance upon request.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice via email or SMS.

A minimum of thirty (30) days written notice prior to your next billing date is required.

If notice is provided 30 or more days before renewal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If notice is provided less than 30 days before renewal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the following billing cycle.

Your subscription remains active during this period and standard billing continues.

No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused time or partial billing periods.

Offboarding, Data & Portability

Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your contact data.

You may request export of your contact list and phone number porting if applicable.

Requests must be initiated during the cancellation period.

Failure to initiate porting before account closure may result in loss of access to the number.

Intellectual Property & License

All systems, workflows, automations, templates, configurations, frameworks, and processes created by Automation Dogs are proprietary intellectual property owned by Pet Biz Experts LLC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these systems during an active subscription only.

This license terminates upon cancellation.

Systems may not be copied, replicated, resold, or migrated to another CRM, agency, or platform.

Clients retain ownership of their contact data only.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to required platforms and information, respond to approvals in a reasonable timeframe, and participate in onboarding as needed.

Delays caused by lack of response or access are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Communication Consent (SMS, Email, Phone)

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Pet Biz Experts LLC dba Automation Dogs via email, phone, and SMS.

These may include service communications such as appointment scheduling, account updates, and support messages, as well as marketing and promotional content.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by unsubscribing from email or replying STOP to SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or performance outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors including client execution and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Biz Experts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or systems.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
